Advance Turning & Mfg., Inc. a Jackson, MI based manufacturer, today announced they have completed the purchase of Lee Blake Precision Machining, Inc. also a Jackson, MI based manufacturer.
Advance Turning & Mfg Inc., established in 1972, provides precision machined components to the aerospace, medical and marine industries. Lee Blake Precision Machining, Inc., established in 1968, and purchased by the Melling Manufacturing Group in 1988, provides precision machined components to the aerospace, automotive, industrial, marine and medical industries.
According to Advance Turning & Mfg., Inc. President, John Macchia, “We are very excited about the joining of these two great manufacturing companies to create a stronger more competitive organization”.
