Advance Turning & Manufacturing has announced the purchase of Scott Machine. This acquisition provides Advance Turning with its fourth manufacturing facility.
The current management of Scott Machine will remain and continue to produce the high quality products the company has been known for. The Company will operate as Scott Machine, a division of Advance Turning & Manufacturing. The addition will allow Advance Turning to further expand its array of services.
Scott Machine was started in 1946 by the Scott family and is highly regarded for excellence in machining services provided to a wide range of customers in the aerospace, medical equipment and material handling robotics industries. The Company has invested heavily to maintain quality standards and meet the unique needs of its customers. Along with this transaction comes the retirement of Mr. Ed Scott after 65 years of hard work and great leadership.
Scott Machine is located immediately adjacent to Advance Turning’s corporate headquarters on Morrill Road in Jackson, Michigan..
