Advance Turning & Manufacturing has recently added a new Stratasys Fortus 450mc advanced FDM (fused deposition modeling) 3D printer designed to build high-requirement prototypes, rugged jigs, fixtures and tooling plus one-off parts. This state-of-the-art system uses a wide range of thermoplastic with advanced mechanical properties so parts can endure high heat, caustic chemicals, sterilization and high-impact applications.
