Advance Turning Acquires Hytrol Manufacturing
April 20, 2016Advance Turning & Manufacturing to Exhibit at MD&M Minneapolis
September 11, 2016Advance Turning & Manufacturing has recently added a new Stratasys Fortus 450mc advanced FDM (fused deposition modeling) 3D printer designed to build high-requirement prototypes, rugged jigs, fixtures and tooling plus one-off parts. This state-of-the-art system uses a wide range of thermoplastic with advanced mechanical properties so parts can endure high heat, caustic chemicals, sterilization and high-impact applications.
The new 3D printer allows Advance to reduce production costs, slash lead times and streamline supply chain workflows. The competitive advantages of additive manufacturing are dramatically furthered by this new 3D system.
Advance is able to build accurate, repeatable parts faster than ever before. With four layer thicknesses to choose from, the Fortus 450mc allows us to find the ideal balance between strength, precision, detail and build time. High performance printing has never been easier.
This system uses a wide range of thermoplastics with advanced mechanical properties so parts can endure high heat, caustic chemicals, sterilization and high-impact applications.
