Advance Turning Joins “Proud to Manufacture in Michigan” Program

The Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center is honoring the contributions of Michigan’s manufacturers and has named Advance Turning & Manufacturing a member of the Proud to Manufacture in Michigan program.  Manufacturers in the program display a Proud to Manufacture in Michigan poster in their facilities and join the program directory.  The program is designed to promote Michigan manufacturing, raise awareness of the importance of supporting local manufacturing, and create opportunities for Michigan’s manufacturers to network with one another.

Small businesses make up 98.2% of all businesses in Michigan.  The Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center launched the Proud to Manufacture in Michigan campaign as a way to encourage supporting local manufacturing and small business.  Advance Turning is proud to manufacture in Michigan and supports the local economy.  Our company seeks to work with local and Michigan suppliers and partners in our daily operations.  We look at the investment we make in supporting Michigan manufacturers as an investment in the state of Michigan. The growth of Michigan contributes to the economic health of the state and local communities in which we live.
